My Philosophy
I have a deep passion for this work and I believe in my clients' love for each other, themselves and those who are joining with them in ceremony. I know they are expressing deep commitment and caring symbolically and publicly in a meaningful and simple ritual. I feel this love, and I honor their willingness to allow me to join with them.
I believe that each milestone in life is a joyful opportunity to bring in the sacred, and expresses the love and heart of those coming together.
My Experience
As a psychotherapist, university and college instructor, private practice counselor, and interfaith minister for many years, I have helped and supported many clients and students to navigate successfully through life's challenges, using their own inner direction and natural abilities.
As an interfaith licensed minister, I have had the privilege of officiating in many heart-centered, meaningful sacred ceremonies - over 1500 weddings and hundreds of vow renewals, life celebrations, baby naming, home blessings and other transition rituals.
My Services
I offer you dogma-free, personalized, simple sacred ceremonies as an independent, interfaith minister that reflect your vision and meaning for this connection in joyful weddings, vow renewals, child naming ceremonies, celebrations of life and major life events, home and car blessings, whatever you want in simple sacred ceremony. Short notice okay, informal dress, easy. At your home, a secluded park site, or at Unity of Gainesville.
